“In synch” is short for “in synchronization” and has nothing to do with sinking.

  1. I've seen the spelling sync, google even asks if I mean sync. :) Which do you recommend?

    1. I would only recommend using the spelling you prefer and sticking to it. Both are acceptable, but "sync" seems to be more common.
